Loyalty Hub Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Loyalty Hub app (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Afrikan Apps Studio (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”). This service is intended for use “AS IS”.

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• Your device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
• The time spent on the Application
• The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Application may collect your device’s approximate location, which helps the Service Provider in the following ways:

• Geolocation services: to provide features such as personalised content, relevant recommendations and location-based services.
• Analytics and improvements: aggregated and anonymised location data helps analyse user behaviour, identify trends and improve the overall performance of the Application.
• Third-party services: the Service Provider may occasionally transmit anonymised location data to external services that help enhance the Application.

The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

For a better experience, the Service Provider may require certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your email address. Information you provide is retained and used as described in this policy.

Third-Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymised data is periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application. The Application uses third-party services that have their own privacy policies:

• Google Play Services
• Apple Privacy Policy
• Supabase (data hosting and authentication)
• RevenueCat (subscription management)

The Service Provider may disclose information:

• as required by law, such as in response to a subpoena or similar legal process;
• when, in good faith, disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, investigate fraud or respond to a government request;
• with trusted service providers acting on its behalf, who have agreed to the rules in this policy.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it via the standard processes available on your device or via the mobile application marketplace.

Data Retention

The Service Provider will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. To request deletion, please contact loyaltyhub@buyitfastest.co.za — we will respond in a reasonable time. You can also delete your account and all associated data directly from the Profile tab in the mobile app.

Children

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 13. The Application does not address anyone under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will immediately delete this from our servers. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal information should contact us at loyaltyhub@buyitfastest.co.za.

Security

The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We use physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and maintain, including encrypted connections and secure cloud infrastructure.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new policy. Continued use of the Application after changes is deemed approval of the updated policy.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as set out in this Privacy Policy as it stands today and as amended in future.
